What to expect
When you inquire about the service, you will receive a response from me (call or email) and we will discuss availability, cost, and the next steps in scheduling.
Once you have decided to connect with me, I will then send the paperwork electronically through the secure portal, so all consent forms, payment agreements, intake questionnaires and so on are sent to you for you to review and sign (which can be done in the portal, no need to print and scan etc.).
All paperwork must be completed in full prior to setting an appointment.
