is a way to focus on you and your partner aside from the hustle of wedding planning. It is a space for you and your partner to discuss your values in vital areas of your relationship, explore your relationship needs, and preferred communication styles.

is a safe space for partners to share their concerns, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship.

Family therapy addresses the problems that arise within the family system. In essence it is a means of treating emotional and behavioral problems by working with the entire family, as opposed to an individual or couple.
